KEEP IT FRESH

Visit-Us-2-1-min.jpg

MANCINI’S BREAD HAS A SHORT SHELF LIFE –
and NOT JUST BECAUSE IT’S IRRESISTIBLE.

Our bread isn’t loaded with preservatives, so if you don’t plan to eat it within a day, freeze it while it’s still fresh. To best maintain the bread’s texture, put the fresh loaf in an airtight, sealed container. When you are ready to eat it, unseal the container and defrost the bread at room temperature.

Once defrosted, your bread can be heated in the oven to refresh the crust and warm the middle. Just place the bread in a paper bag sprinkled with water, then heat it for 4-5 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve right away…you’ve waited long enough! NOTE: Do not store Mancini’s bread in the refrigerator. This will dry the bread out.
